Tulip Joshi biography is all about the beautiful story of a girl from rural India who became a national celebrity after her marriage to a British officer. Tulip began working as a seamstress in a wholesale clothing company. Later on she moved to Bombay and became a member of a theatrical troupe. She gained fame and recognition when she appeared in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and ‘icides’.

Tulip Joshi first came to world attention when she appeared in the Telugu film “Nishin” with K Advani. A fascinating part of Tulip’s career in Bollywood is her association with Prabhas, who was one of the most popular Hindi film personalities of his day. However, things did not go smoothly between the two as Prabhas often failed to get along with Tulip. Things reached a tipping point when Prabhas accused her of trying to force him into marrying her. This led to a major fight between the two where Tulip had to accept the fact that he was never going to marry her.

Tulip’s height and good looks have also earned her a lot of money. She is the founder member of the National Board of Film Awards (NBFE) and has been nominated for the same. Besides her Bollywood career, Tulip has also acted in some movies from the Hindi movie industry. She is known to be tall and was once compared to an Indian version of Hollywood’s Mae West. She is also a member of the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi. Her passport says that she is from the nationality Indian.

Tulip’s official website lists her age at 33 years. But the truth is that since the time of her first film role in Hindi movie ‘Chak De!
