Hala Hajra Yamin was born in Karachi, Pakistan. Her father is Murtaza Yamin, who is a prominent political and social activist from Sindh province in Pakistan. Hala’s mother, Afshar Yamin, is an attractive, famous Pakistani beauty who appears in many magazine covers and also appears on television frequently. As a child Hala would watch her mother grow up on television.
