Victoria Loke is a Singaporean actor, singer, and model. She is most well known for her role in the 2018 Chinese film- Drama film Crazy Rich Asians. The film depicts her years of hard work as an artist in the entertainment industry in Singapore before she decides to enter the Hollywood scene. Victoria has also gained international fame after her appearance on the Chinese American talk show China Spy.

Victoria Loke is a cousin-in-law to the late actor, Eddie Murphy. Victoria is said to be a very good actress in her earlier role of Fionn Fogler’s character in the film Happy Gilmore. She then went on to play various characters in the television shows that had been remade into movies, including The Perfect Score (2000), Kung Mangai (Kung Fu: The Three Musketeers), The Bodyguard (The Bodyguard), and many others. Victoria Loke has gone on to play different characters in Hollywood movies such as Mulan (Mani ii), A Few Good Men ( centres around the life of David Kleinfeld), and Welcome Back Kotter (with John Bon Jovi).

Victoria Loke was born in July of 1979 in Hong Kong, where her parents were originally from Singapore. They eventually settled in Los Angeles. While growing up in Singapore, she attended Raffles Commercial School as a child where she learned to speak English fluently.

Victoria’s biography on Wikipedia states that she is an outspoken Singaporean human rights defender and environmentalist. Victoria started studying acting at Raffles in the early nineties before graduating in year eight with a degree in communications and performing arts. She then continued with a three year course at the University of Southern California, pursuing a degree in theatre. Victoria has since gone on to star in a number of television shows including Kung Mangai, The Bodyguard, Kung Fu: The Three Musketeers, The Perfect Score, The Matrix, Brides, Campione, The Perfect Partner, amongst many others.

According to the biography on Wikipedia, Victoria grew up in Singapore and her mother always encouraged her to pursue a career in acting. Victoria has gone on to voice over a number of Asian characters, most notably in Kung Fu films. Victoria also has British-Asian parents, both of whom are prominent members of the Singapore Association of Importers and Exporters. Victoria’s cousin-in-law is IGNORANT, a Singaporean businessman who travels to the United States on a regular basis. Victoria was married to Taiwanese businessman Mike Lavender, who is half American and half Chinese, for twenty-five years before he moved back to Singapore in the late eighties.

Victoria was thirty when she appeared in her first film, Eat Pray Love, opposite George Clooney and her role earned her a Best Actress award at the age of twenty-one. In her second film, Tombstone, Victoria Loke played the same role, this time playing an aging love interest of a younger woman. After several more years on television, Victoria has appeared in some Hollywood movies including cast members of The Firm, X Files and 24. Victoria Loke lives in Los Angeles with her two children, Sam (born in 1984) and Sarah (born in 1988), and she runs a fitness and wellness business.
