Moon Bloodgood is an American actress and model. She has been known for her appearances as Lt. Blair Williams in Terminator Salvation (2021), and as Anne Glass in TNT’s Falling Sky (2021). She has been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.

Moon Bloodgood was born in Encinitas, California. Her career began when she was cast as Vivienne Westwood in the hit movie Easy Rider (1987). She appeared in various other popular films including Swing Vote (with Denholm Elliott), Gidget (with Jason Lee), and Pretty Woman (for which she received an Oscar nomination). Later, Moon Bloodgood went on to play the lead role in the musical drama High School Musical, and her character was named Vivienne in the sequel to that film.

One of Moon Bloodgood’s first major film roles was in the crime thriller Dead Man Walking (1975). She played the lead role opposite Tom Selleck, who was just coming into his own as an iconic character in his own right. The movie depicts the early days of their relationship, and it tells the story of how Selleck saves this blind woman from criminals. Although the movie was not a box office hit, it did receive critical acclaim. For those who know about the film, and have seen the original version, the storyline and acting are very similar to the one Moon Bloodgood would play in her later roles.

A year later, Moon Bloodgood was back in the limelight in the acclaimed crime series skies. She starred as Kim Dickens in the crime series Collateral. The crime series soared in popularity, and its cast included Michael Douglas, Denholm Elliott, Aaronipher John, and Moon. The crime series stars saw their roles increase during the TV show run. Moon Bloodgood was also asked to be an extra in the movie version of L. J. Smith’s Kiss of Death.

After being apart from the limelight for a while, Moon Bloodgood made a return to the spotlight in the television show, The Thin Red Line. Her role in that series was very different from what she had done in earlier films, but fans were still able to enjoy her performance. It was also noted that Moon Bloodgood was not actually in the army, as she claimed in one of the episodes of The Thin Red Line. Instead, she was working as a consultant for the military, working with the allies against Saddam. During one episode, it was revealed that Moon Bloodgood was working as an advisor for the force, and that she had been a consultant with the president on the war in the Middle East.

Finally, in the TV movie Terminator Salvation, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as the star, the character of Moon Bloodgood makes a brief appearance. Moon is seen working with the Terminators as they are helping the Resistance fight against the machine guns of the Skynet. In the movie, it is clearly shown that Moon Bloodgood works as an advisor for the president concerning the war. Fans of the Terminator series are sure to enjoy the many references to Moon Bloodgood throughout the movies, Terminator Salvation, and the later novels/poems by Robert Greenburg and future film series.
