There are many events in this book that show us the different attitudes of people towards size in women. We also come to know the different opinions on it. For instance, at one point of time, the ladies were believed to be very sexy and tall which automatically made them tall and slim. Then the height connotations came into existence when people realized that there was no direct relation between the size of a woman’s bra and her sex appeal. The biographer gives us an idea how Indian society has changed over the years. Earlier, girls married later in their twenties and spent their last years in retirement homes.

Today, the young ones want to stay active and want to take part in all kinds of social events. They are therefore introduced to the lifestyles and customs associated with their age bracket. The older generation felt that there was no need for a separate sized woman as there were plenty of other female counterparts available. But in the present era, with the revolution in the fashion industry, they are slowly making up their minds to marry and start families.

This is a fascinating read, as the author gives us a well-told story. We come to know the different ways in which size does not matter in society. She educates the reader on the various reasons why Indian women are happy and contented despite their size. This is a must read for those who are in the quest of learning about their favorite actresses.
