After the show ended, she went on to play the character of Beth Farley in the movie “A Fish called Wanda”. She then became known for her role as Ginger Banks in the movie “Grease” and went onto play the lead character in the musical “A Charlie Brown Christmas”.

In January 1947, the couple moved to New York City, where they were joined by their third husband, Jacob Astor.

After several years in New York City, the two actors decided to settle into a cottage on a mountain in rural Massachusetts. When they arrived, they found that the house had been burned down. A week later, however, Richard and Nancy Addison were married in the Hamptons. Following the marriage, Nancy was in demand for parts in various movies and even guest starring in some episodes of “REvenge of the Nerds”.
