Marcia Cross was launched in 2021 by Marcia Goss, a watchmaker based in Switzerland. Marcia Cross is an exquisite designer watch launched by Fossil in 2021. It is perhaps the spiritual successor to the original Marcie watch and is made to celebrate Marcia Goss, another talented woman. Many people do not realize that Marcia Cross was actually founded by a woman.

Marcia Cross was played by Barbara Hershey, who was best known for her dramatic acting and stage performances which made her one of the most popular celebrities in Hollywood. Hershey was born in 1923 and had a difficult childhood as a child having suffered from cerebral palsy and later in life suffered from chronic alcoholism. Hershey became a beloved member of the cast of Broadway as well as Hollywood and later became known for her elegant acting which won her eight Emmys including Best Actress in a Leading Role category for her performance in On the Waterfront. She went on to play different characters in different films including Love Actually, Meet the Parents and Mystic River among others.

In the late sixties, Marcia Cross was one of the many stars of the television show Happy Days alongside John Belushi. Her distinctive long black hair gave her the persona of a beautiful vixen and she appeared in a number of popular television shows. Her first major role came in the TV series Rosemary, playing the role of Daphne Rivers, a schoolgirl who went on to marry an abusive man. After the marriage she discovered she was suffering from cancer and although she lost her ability to do anything else, she managed to live out her final days in an assisted living home. She passed away at the age of 51 from complications relating to lung cancer.

In the eighties, Marcia Cross once again found herself playing a prominent role in the British television drama Doctors. In this role she was played by Lisa Kramer and was best known for recurring appearances as the glamorous and oftentimes foul mouthed stockbroker Tom Mahoney. Doctors had many hilarious storylines including the time when Mahoney tried to hypnotize an entire roomful of patients, but then got distracted and started hypnotizing his own patient instead. In one episode he nearly hypnotized an entire family, but stopped when the family laughed at him.

Throughout her acting career, Marcia Cross also became a beloved character on the television sitcom You’re What You Eat, which was a spin-off of the hit American sitcom Cheers. The character of Paulie was very popular on Cheers and also appeared in a number of other famous British sitcoms including First Lady. When the show ended in 1997, it was immediately successful, making Marcia Cross a box office hit. She went on to have another successful stint on daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives, playing the role of Rosemary Sheepshead, and later appearing in the movie adaptation of the book as herself, in the movie Bridesmaids. In all these roles, Marcia Cross was able to reinvent herself, and did so quite well that many people considered her to be one of the greatest celebrities of all time.

The television show Married with Children followed Marcia Cross’s lead in the casting of a character named Stephanie Powell. Stephanie was a loving mother who loved her children very much, and was a devoted wife and mother to three children. Stephanie and Marcia Cross played an odd couple, and their dynamic relationship was the main reason why the show was so popular. Marcia Cross would go on to star in a number of other successful British plays, including the movie Notting Hill, and also guest starring on several popular shows including Keeping up Appearances, Thank You. She has since developed into one of the top female actors in British television today, playing a variety of different characters, most notably in the series desperately housewives. She continues to receive critical acclaim for her roles, and continues to be one of the best actresses working today.
