As a matter of fact, the very first time we meet Sana Saeed, in her early teens, she had already reached a maximum human bust size of fifteen and a half inches. This means that at the time of her marriage with the black man, she was already a bit on the slightly overweight side even though she presented as a slim young woman. This is why she has never presented as being too small or too big in the pages of history. On the contrary, Sana Saeed was voluptuous and this fact has given the world the image of the woman who transformed herself into the “queen of Africa” through the grace and strength of her body.
As a matter of fact, many historical records have portrayed Sana Saeed as a voluptuous woman who was at times likened to breasts that were so large that they could be compared to the breasts of a certain celebrity. This is actually true, since at one point in her life, Sana had been afflicted by such illnesses as typhoid fever. The report stated that the young lady also suffered from an illness known as “eczema” but did not let that ailment stop her from achieving her goal of becoming a celebrated singer. As it turns out, Sana was diagnosed with the breast cancer which killed her at the age of thirty-one. However, in the pages of African American history, there is another side to this story. There is the side where Sana Saeed overcame all hardships in order to achieve success in her quest for physical perfection.
There are numerous women throughout the pages of African American history that were fat, but could not seem to achieve the beauty that most black women sought. The most famous of these fat women is my grandmother, who was known as “Mama Washington.” Washington’s bust size was noted during her lifetime and she was obsessed with losing weight regardless of whether it was good or bad for her body. As it turns out, Washington’s determination to lose weight made her an icon in the African American community because no woman who tried to lose weight would fail. This is why there is no question as to the truth behind Sana Saeed’s statement that she was not cursed with big breasts.
There is no arguing that Sana Saeed is an exceptional woman. Her story is one of resilience. Her commitment to her health, her desire to be a perfect woman, and her willingness to embrace her flaws are qualities that are truly remarkable. Her courage to accept that her body had grown too large for her standards is truly admirable. Her love for her family, friends, and fans is very inspiring in this day and age.
