Nana Bryant was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1907 and was known at that time as Nana Brooke. She attended Vassar College, but soon decided that she wanted to be an American cartoonist. Nana’s first comic strip appearance can be found in the pages of a comic book published by Doubleday and she later went on to illustrate for a number of other publications. Nana was married twice, first to Frank Carlson in 1937 and then to Glen Geller in 1938.

Nana was an American film, stage, television actress who appeared in more than 100 films betweenutter year and 1988. Most of her screenplays were for the feminine characters, such as the spinoff of the series Betty Boop, or the remake of The Stepford Wives. Nana was also an accomplished musician, with hits including “Take Me Out” and “I’ve Always Swore That I Would Never Leave You”. She also had some small parts in movies such as Dances With Wolves, Come As You Are and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. She is buried at Layou cemetery in Paris, France. She is not considered a famous death or illness, as she was not exactly a popular figure in the United States.

Nana was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was a very young child when her parents divorced. Her mother, Ida, took Nana to live with her in Toledo, Ohio where Nana attended public school. She met her first husband, Frank Carlson, while she was working as a page in a St. Louis newspaper. He was an insurance man and the two got married in 1938.

Nana worked in an advertising agency but found the jobs boring and never had any ambitions of a film career. In 1950, Nana formed her own company called Nana’s Beauty Shop. It was founded just after Nana’s failed marriage to Frank Carlson. The company launched a line of cosmetics, shampoo, conditioner and other beauty products under its own brand name The Nana Bryant Lotion. Nana had many similar products to her competition, but the company never achieved any significant success.

Nana had appeared in more than 100 films between 1935 and 1950, which makes her one of the more accomplished performers in Hollywood history. However, her star status did not continue past that point. On November 24th, Nana suffered a stroke which resulted in the loss of her right eye. Due to this accident, Nana was no longer an American film, stage, television actress.
