Jolene Blalock had a very interesting childhood. Her parents divorced when she was very young, and she did not see her father much. As a result, Blalock formed an extreme dislike of her father, which may account for her frequent criticism of him on the set of Mystic River. Eventually, Blalock became best friends with Michael Douglas, who was very protective of her during their time together, especially when it came to their children. At some point, Blalock moved in with Michael and their two children, daughter Arielle, and son Damon. It was at this time that Jolene Blalock began to work under the title of “Tina Majorino” in films that were made with Michael Douglas as the lead character.
