Iqra Aziz was born in Peshawar, Pakistan. She is a Pakistani actress. She began her career as an actress in the late ’80s. In the television show, Iqra Aziz Choudhury played the character of Jiya. She later on became known as Moira in Momina Duraid. She later on became known as Iqra Aziz Hussain.

Iqra Aziz did not have too good a beginning in her film career. Her first few movies did not do well at all. But then she became really successful with her role in Momina Duraid. Iqra Aziz later went on to play the lead role in Khuda Aur Momin in Raqsamat. Then she was nominated for the Satellite Award for Best Actress in the same movie.

I am not really bothered about being a Pakistani. I like girls and I love the kind of films that show women characters. I also like to act and I think that the British film industry is better at that than any other country.”

Like many young actresses in Bollywood, Iqra Aziz is conscious of her looks and her body. “I am very conscious about my body and I have a trainer who keeps trying to make me lose weight. Earlier I used to go for long hours with weights before coming to a film set. I lost 20 kilos in a month and I felt very happy and satisfied after that. I try to stay fit by doing aerobics and I will not eat anything until I feel hungry again.”

The role models that Iqra Aziz has chosen to emulate are successful and popular actresses in Bollywood. However, Iqra Aziz is much better than the rest. She is sincere in her desire to become a film star and she has certainly followed her heart by deciding to follow in the footsteps of her favorite actresses.
