Diora Baird attended the University of Miami for two years studying drama and mass media. During this time, she earned a bachelor’s degree in theater and mass communication, and then went on to the University of San Francisco where she received a master’s in acting and design. During the late nineties, Diora Baird moved back to New York where she again landed small roles in movies including The Pursuit of Happyness and Saturday Night Fever.
Diora B Baird’s filmography includes Everybody Loves Raymond, Everybody Loves Mickey, Everybody Loves Mary Jane, and Everybody Loves Jackie. Her more recent films that were produced in the nineties are No Ordinary Family, Welcome Home Rosetta, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. In 1999, Diora travelled to New York to star in the film Everybody Loves Mickey. This film helped her secure roles in other popular films such as eating Pray Love, Awakenings, Good Night, and Manhattan.

Diora Baird’s career began on the television show What’s My Line, on ABC. After leaving What’s My Line, Diora went on to star in the series Believe, which was cancelled after one season. Diora then appeared in Body Of War, an action-adventure movie directed by David Fincher, which were also cancelled after one season, and Brides, which were opposite Angelina Jolie.
In recent years, Diora has appeared in a couple of movies that were made in the United States, namely the crime thriller Bodyguard, the medical drama Code Name: The Vanishing Files, and the drama No Ordinary Family. She is currently filming the sequel to No Ordinary Family, which reunites her with her American husband, and fellow actor Morgan Freeman. Diora has also appeared in several British films, most notably the TV drama Luther, in which she plays the lead role. She has also appeared in some feature films in the United Kingdom, including A Few Good Men, and Battlefield: Origins.
