Conchata Ferrell is an American actress most known for her starring role as Berta in the hugely popular sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond. She was also very popular for her recurring role as Aunt Emetta on the short-lived sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond. Conchata Ferrell also had some key parts in other successful American sitcoms including Everybody’s Knight, Brown Eyed Girl and As the Crow.

In the fourth season of Everybody Loves Raymond, the actress playing Aunt Emetta was not only getting the recognition that she deserved but also was becoming very famous. After one episode, a viewer suggested to the director that they hire her to guest star on another episode as an extra. When the episode aired, however, she wasn’t in the main cast and was not listed as an extra. This created quite a stir amongst fans because she was supposedly left off the show due to weight problems. However, Conchata Ferrell has claimed that the “fact that I’m not the star of this show is absurd”.

This will mark the first major departure from her own role of June in Everybody Loves Raymond.

The other part of the story revolves around the two stepdaughters of Beverly Smith. America’s Next Top Model is the talk of the town for obvious reasons with Conchata Ferrell playing the role of Kimberly and Brandi Gloiosa as Trista. It will be interesting to see how America’s Next Top Model fares in the wake of the controversy between the two stepdaughters. Conchata Ferrell also recently landed herself a role in the second season of CSI, which is set to air in January 2021.

Conchata Ferrell is currently shooting her second year in college at the renowned west Virginia university. She is also continuing her studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison. Conchata is in no doubt about her future role as a prominent personality in Hollywood and has already expressed interest in playing an FBI agent.
